Being an office bearer of any organisation requires skills for planning and to deliver a coordinated meeting.  It is a team effort, each of the officers from the chairperson, secretary, treasurer and perhaps committee spokespersons need to know what is expected of them.

  • Notices of meetings
  • Points of order, note taking
  • Agendas
  • Conducting a meeting
  • Moving and seconding motions
  • Amendments to motions
