It’s that word again.  We have all faced it and most of us would rather not discuss it, but sooner or later you will be faced with such a situation and it’s helpful to be able to understand it.   Let’s face it.  People are different – that’s what makes us people rather than machines.  People with different viewpoints will naturally see things differently, inevitably leading, at times, to conflict. A toolbox workshop to assist you in managing conflict well.
