Leadership Alumni Luncheon
22 November 2018
Start Time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm
- Location: Dunedin
- Venue: Otago Chamber of Commerce, Level 3, 442 Moray Place
We are pleased to invite you to join us at a special lunchtime event for our Leadership Academy Alumni.
The Chamber welcomes guest speaker, Christine Brotherton, Head of People & Capability from Perpetual Guardian to present. Christine will be discussing the company's Four Day Week as an example of Perpetual Guardian's wish to push the boundaries, and challenge how they work.
- When the 'fifth-day' of each week is a paid day off
- Redefining productivity inside out - empowering staff to focus on productivity and live better lives
- Could this be the future of work, with 20-40% increased employee engagement?
This event is a fantastic opportunity to hear from an impressive speaker and enjoy lunch and networking with fellow Alumni and Chamber members.
Christine's role at Perpetual Guardian is to develop innovative and inclusive people strategies in all aspects that relate to the company's recruitment programme, organisational culture, employee relations and talent management.
Christine previously worked in senior HR roles for global professional services and financial services companies in New Zealand, UK and Japan.
