The secret to successful web design from a lead generation point of view has very little to do with graphics, but a lot to do with the psychology of selling.
Come and learn about what the research into web usability says about how modern consumers interact with web pages, and how you can use this to improve the conversion rate of your website of visitors into leads.

Presenters: Campbell Fraser and Suzanne Edington
Campbell Fraser is Web Genius's National Sales Manager, coordinating a team of a dozen web marketing advisers from Auckland in the North to Dunedin in the South. Over the past 20 years Campbell has developed a successful career in Sales and Marketing across both B2B and B2C environments. This has included Start-Ups, one of which he founded, and market leaders in Advertising, Real Estate and Finance. For the majority of the past decade Campbell has pursued his interests in online and web marketing. He particularly enjoys the transparency and targeted nature that allows businesses an unrivaled ability to measure its effectiveness, and hence R.O.I. Having run his own business, it's fair to say he has an appreciation as to the importance of this. Away from work Campbell enjoys spending time with family and friends, following his beloved Manchester City, and beating just about everyone on his table tennis table.
Suzanne has a strong background in Sales and Marketing and works with over 100 businesses in Dunedin. She has formed strong relationships with them and enjoys watching their businesses grow from strength to strength. “I enjoy demystifying Google with clients, most have a website but don’t understand how Google works and why their website isn’t higher in searches than their competitors.” Part of the secret to Suzanne’s success is listening to her clients and finding out what they want to achieve and working out a solution to suit their budget. Hearing about her clients success is what Suzanne enjoys most about her role and she often has other businesses referred to her so that she can help them too. Suzanne has a Diploma in Digital Marketing and is a certified Google Ads expert.
