"Errol had a wealth of experience and taught us many lessons through his own 55 years of past learnings. He was attentive to the group while also pulling your focus into the session.
Errol’s Anecdotes helped make us understand and empathise with the situations he had experienced.
Framing the session around the 7 simple practices meant we had some guidelines while also being easy and relatable to our own places within our organisations. The session made me ask myself may questions about the structure of the organisations I work with and where I fit into them. Looking at the experiences he has had has given me something to aspire to when thinking about my future in leadership."
