Mental Health Awareness Week - A Good Time to Talk Resilience in the Workplace

Mental Health Awareness Week runs from September 21 to 27, and we are thrilled to have partnered with Leadership Coaches, Lizzi Ebbage-Thomas and Kathryn Jackson to deliver a series of Zoom sessions on resilience at work.
The 'Let's Talk Resilience at Work' sessions are a great introduction for all leaders who are interested in understanding how to better encourage and support wellbeing and resilience at work, or for employees interested in understanding how to better navigate stressful times.
These Zoom sessions are perfect for anybody who holds HR, wellbeing, leadership or development roles and wants to explore how the science of wellbeing can make a difference to the workplace.

All Zoom sessions are held from 11.00am to 12.30pm.
