Otago Chamber of Commerce Board Elections
By Otago Chamber of Commerce | Posted: Tuesday November 5, 2019
The Election of three new members to the Otago Chamber of Commerce Board will be conducted electronically from 11 to 25 November 2019.
Nominations for the election of directors to the Board of the Otago Chamber of Commerce Incorporated have closed. Given the number of nominations received and the positions available, it will be necessary to hold an election. There are three positions available and we have four nominees.
One representative from each financial member organisation of the Otago Chamber of Commerce may vote in the Election. The election will be carried out electronically and all details will be sent to the primary contact for each organisation. If the primary contact represents more than one organisation a secondary contact will be selected for each additional organisation. For organisations unable to participate electronically then please contact the Chamber so we can make arrangements for you. If for any reason a second vote is registered from the same organisation, only the first submitted vote shall count.
Election details: Date: Opens Monday 11th November 2019
Closes Monday 25th November 2019 at 3:00PM
