The New Zealand Chambers of Commerce (NZCCI) is a body of some 30 Chambers throughout New Zealand, supporting over 22,000 members. Each Chambers' role is to influence and inspire business and deliver success. As not-for-profit business membership associations, NZCCI promote, support and encourage sustainable, profitable business growth.
Chambers positively influence the environment in which businesses operate, by acting as a voice and advocate of members, providing training, advice, information and support and NZCCI is seen as a credible source of knowledge and information for other organisations, due to a long standing position in the community.
NZCCI is divided into 4 hubs: Northern, Central, Canterbury and Southern; and affiliated with 22,000 Chambers internationally – the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), providing members with access to the largest business network in the world. The Board is made up of nine directors sourced from the CEOs of the Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury and Otago Chambers, and another director from each region. The ninth Board member is selected by the representatives of all the accredited Chambers at the NZCCI AGM.
NZCCI's registered address is at the Wellington Employers' Chamber of Commerce offices.
