The Otago Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a Board of Directors. 7 Directors are elected under the Constitution on a rotational basis with a further 3 having a one year appointment.

Membership of the Otago Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors 2020 

Call for Nominations

In accordance with the Constitution and Rules of the Otago Chamber of Commerce, we are calling for nominations for directors for the 2020 calendar year. There are three director’s positions available, of which two current directors are eligible to stand for re-election.
Should you wish to nominate a representative of your organisation for the Board of the Otago Chamber of Commerce, a completed Nomination Form must be returned to the Chief Executive no later than 5pm Friday 25th October 2019. Current financial members only are able to nominate/second representatives.

All nominated candidates must complete a Prospective Director Profile Form, provide a recent photograph and ideally supply an election video. All of this content also needs to be submitted by 5pm Friday 25th October, 2019.
