Advertising Services

At the Otago Chamber of Commerce we respect the privacy of our members - our database is only available to employees of the Otago Chamber of Commerce and cannot be publicly released.  We do however, offer limited opportunities to advertise through our database, via an Electronic Direct Message (EDM), to our membership list.  We only send a maximum of 2-3 EDMs per month, and acceptance of an EDM is at the discretion of Management and dependent on available spaces and appropriate content.  The cost of advertising to the Otago Chamber of Commerce network is as follows:

 

Members:

  • Electronic Direct Mail $450 + GST
  • Chamber Chat $145 + GST
  • Electronic Direct Mail & Chamber Chat Combo $500 +GST

All the above advertising includes 1 Facebook Post.

 

Non-members:

  • Electronic Direct Mail $650 +GST - including 1 Facebook Post.
  • Chamber chat - this is not available to Non-members unless it is for a community event.

An EDM is a direct email out to our full membership promoting a product or service.  We will work with you to develop the EDM using your content and images. within the formatting available through our database.

 

We also support Community Events and will advertise a limited number of events free of charge through our Chamber Chat newsletter and website.  Once again this is at the discretion of Management and dependent on available spaces and suitable community focus.
