The Otago Chamber of Commerce is officially authorised to verify to verify your export documentation.
We can issue Certificates of Origin and certify other trade documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of ladings and letters of introduction.

Documents are certified within in normal working hours and due to the fact the Chamber is required to file copies of processed documents, please insure an extra copy is supplied.
ELECTRONIC COPY SERVICE
The Chamber now offers an electronic processing service to certify documents under the China New Zealand FTA agreement
