The Otago Chamber of Commerce is officially authorised to verify to verify your export documentation. 

We can issue Certificates of Origin and certify other trade documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of ladings and letters of introduction.

We can offer you two ways of processing your documents:

HARD COPY SERVICE

send us your documents by

• mail to PO Box 5713, Dunedin
• courier or in person to Ground Floor, Burns House, 10 George Street, Dunedin

Documents are certified within in normal working hours and due to the fact the Chamber is required to file copies of processed documents, please insure an extra copy is supplied.

ELECTRONIC COPY SERVICE

The Chamber now offers an electronic processing service to certify documents under the China New Zealand FTA agreement

From early 2009, the Chamber will be able to offer electronic processing of all export documentation through and will also be able to assist those exportors running internal third party software solutions or who use external service providers to link the system to .

 enables you to have your documents sent and returned electronically to

• to reduce your waiting time and minimise delays
