It is a team effort, each of the officers from the chairperson, secretary, treasurer and perhaps committee spokespersons need to know what is expected of them. |  | Things to consider are:
- Notices of meetings
- Points of order, note taking
- Agendas
- Conducting a meeting
- Moving and seconding motions
- Amendments to motions
Follow-up one-to-one coaching
One hour, fully funded one-on-one follow-up coaching with the presenter is available to participants on a per organisation basis. This can be used to discuss the application of specific content to the participant’s organisation.
