Being an office bearer of any organisation requires skills for planning and to delivery a coordinated meeting. It is a team effort, each of the officers from the chairperson, secretary, treasurer and perhaps committee spokespersons need to know what is expected of them.

Things to consider are:

  • Notices of meetings
  • Points of order, note taking
  • Agendas
  • Conducting a meeting
  • Moving and seconding motions
  • Amendments to motions

    Follow-up one-to-one coaching
    One hour, fully funded one-on-one follow-up coaching with the presenter is available to participants on a per organisation basis. This can be used to discuss the application of specific content to the participant’s organisation.
