| This workshop is for Not for Profit organisations that have a well developed strategic plan and want to now turn it into successes. The facilitator will be able to highlight to the group key things to be aware of when making operational plans.
A prerequisite for this programme is to have an existing well developed strategic plan.

Content includes:
- Strategic plan health check
- Strategic goal review and reminder
- What type of structure do we need to implement the plan?
- Planning good objectives
- Success factors
- Simple measurement systems
- What does a plan look like when it is finished?
Follow-up one-to-one coaching
One hour, fully funded one-on-one follow-up coaching with the presenter is available to participants on a per organisation basis. This can be used to discuss the application of specific content to the participant’s organisation.
