| Being an office bearer of any organisation requires skills for planning and to delivery a coordinated meeting. It is a team effort, each of the officers from the chairperson, secretary, treasurer and perhaps committee spokespersons need to know what is expected of them. |

- Notices of meetings
- Agendas
- Conducting a meeting
- Moving and seconding motions
- Amendments to motions
- Points of order, note taking
- Writing up the minutes
- Preparing and presenting the accounts
Follow-up one-to-one coaching
One hour, fully funded one-on-one follow-up coaching with the presenter is available to participants on a per organisation basis. This can be used to discuss the application of specific content to the participant’s organisation.

Due to funding restraints there is now a small fee of $20.00 per person. Payment on registration or upon arrival to the workshop.
