Services such as Twitter, social network sites such as facebook, blogs, and YouTube provide customers with immediate access to information and an ability to share their views quickly and globally. Businesses can now take advantage of this networked economy. |  | This workshop will present:
- An overview of Twitter, social network sites such as facebook, blogs, and YouTube
- Case studies of successful integration of these into business practice
- Practical steps explaining how your business can use these media today
Follow-up one-to-one coaching
An essential part of the Enterprise Training programme is the fully funded one-to-one follow-up session with Andrew that is available to participants on the workshops for up to 1 hour to discuss the application of specific content to the participant’s business. These will follow the workshop on the day, starting at 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm on a first booked basis.
