XCELLERATE is a new learning experience in further education.

By recognising your existing skills and knowledge, this programme allows you to achieve a qualification in an accelerated time frame. The course is structured around a series of management topics and features work based projects, discussion forums, interactive activities and case studies.

The Diploma of Human Resources Management aims to develop human resource management skills in the areas of work/life balance, industrial relations, recruitment and selection, mediation and training.

Learning Forums
During the programme, you will be required to attend a total of eight interactive discussion forums. These forums will include an overview of the topic, group activities, discussions and an opportunity to review work based projects. You will also hear from some experienced local professionals with expertise in the topic areas. A range of assessment methods will be used including work based projects and presentations.

Classes are run on Tuesdays mornings throughout the series.

To qualify for a diploma it will be necessary to pass all eight modules, however clients can enroll in single sessions.

The programme is designed for employees who are working in human resource management or related positions or are aspiring to do so. It offers graduates the opportunity to enhance their managerial skills for application in their existing role and enables participants to move into a role with more responsibility.
