Xcellerate Diplomas

A new learning experience in further education and in partnership with the Otago Polytechnic School of Applied Business.

 

By recognising existing skills and knowledge, the Xcellerate programmes allow you to achieve a qualification in an accelerated time frame. The programmes are structured around a series of eight management topics and feature work-based projects, discussion forums and diagnostic assessment for prior learning. Participants can enrol in single sessions or gain the diploma by completing all eight modules.

 

    

  

Diploma of Human Resources Management

The Diploma of Human Resources Management aims to develop human resource management skills in the areas of integrated life balance, industrial relations, recruitment and selection, mediation and training.
