4 Trades Apprenticeship Training

An apprentice training programme designed to reduce the compliance issues and costs involved in training young people that often stops organisations from employing apprentices.

As an alternative to traditional apprenticeships, 4Trades Apprenticeship Trust employs the apprentice on behalf of a business and effectively takes control of the day to day administration of the apprenticeship.

The 4Trades initiative allows the apprentice to be selected, employed, managed and mentored by an experienced apprentice facilitator thus leaving the trades company free to concentrate on the actual job training of the apprentice.

Participants have an opportunity to work in a trade and obtain a full ticket while being mentored.

Employers have a way of having an apprentice without all the associated paperwork and bureaucracy.

CadetMax

A programme that supports placing young people into a cadet role within a host company.

Participants will learn a skill; gain experience in a career and earn a good wage; have an entry level job that is the foot in the door to a career that may otherwise not be available to someone without qualifications; gain a lifetime skill held in demand by other employers and in other cities and countries.

Employers have a supported environment for the cadet.
