The Certificate of Professional Selling will help develop and hone each participant’s sales skills for today’s sales environment.
By being part of this programme each participant can learn about the whole selling process; from finding the right prospect, to up selling and add-ons, to making a sales presentation and building a customer loyalty programme.
The progamme is quite flexible when it comes to the order and what topics that you attend. This means that the certificate is very much tailored to your needs although everyone must attend at some point the one compulsory module - ‘Improve sales figures and close more sales’.
Who should attend:
Learning Modules During the programme, you will be required to attend a total of 4 interactive discussion modules. These modules will include an overview of the topic, group activities and discussions to help cement in place the information given.
‘The Improve sales figures and close more sales’ module is mandatory to attend as the first module. Each participant can then personalise their programme by selecting three further modules of their choice. (There are a total of six to choose from.)

After leaving the newspaper industry, she became a director of a large training company where she was responsible for eight full time trainers who worked all over the UK.
